Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning - Strategically plan the e-commerce business including defining goals, objectives and associated tactics and initiatives to support goals. Develop and maintain an account plan for the business.Develop business opportunities. Successfully build and develop key business opportunities and leverage emerging technology to support multi-channel efforts.
2. Partner with other departments to make decisions to profitably and aggressively grow the business. Up sell new capabilities, features, and functions to partners. Client Relations- Establish strong relationships with the internal departments; becoming an extension of their business. Build and maintain relationships with departments including marketing, information technology, product marketing and executive team.
3. Meet with accounts and retailer eBusiness managers to support the successful placement and growth objectives of the on-line programs, including responsibility for on-line pricing, promotions, and product presentation in partnership with product merchandising and marketing.
4. Identify and promote opportunities for process improvement through technology. Translate concepts and ideas with business requirements into functional site maps and storyboards to communicate plans for navigation and interaction models. Work with VF Corp and other divisional personnel to ensure consistent platforms and leverage efficiencies.
5. Develop eCommerce enhancement plans from careful study of analytics, consumer data, and extensive research. Identify, track and report eBusiness usage, costs and statistical data to senior management. Through a variety of reports and formats, synthesize relevant data into decision-making tools for management. Provide necessary data to support business decisions related to eBusiness. Maintain operational efficiency of website.
6. Serve as technical expert and consultant in cross-functional applications of eBusiness technology. Improve effectiveness of all customer-facing functional areas.
