Responsibilities: This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the general, cost and financial reporting accounting incentive program activities for GP NACP Away From Home (AFH) business. This position will drive consistency, standardization, and process improvement for these locations. This position will have day to day oversight responsibility for managing the financial accounting and internal control processes and systems supporting AFH Washroom and Wiper Solutions and Food Service Solutions Incentive programs. Specific responsibilities include monthly review of payouts and budgets, variance analysis, and account analysis; provide direct supervision and management support to and hire/train new Incentive Analysts and Associates as necessary. This position will also be responsible for: • Driving consistency, standardization, and process improvement for these locations. Create a team of highly effective members communicating the supporting analysis and ultimate credit of Incentive programs to the AFH portfolio of participating accounts. • Assisting in development of new policies and procedures and participating on special projects. Streamline activities tied to budget review, approval, and maintenance; execution of analysis and transaction execution within the portfolio; drive standardized, highly customer focused platform across all of NACP AFH Incentive programs. • Coordinating activities with other division and corporate organizations and/or resources. Support HQ based Program team in monthly accrual reconciliation and reporting areas. • Increase GP’s customer communication across Incentive Program participants and internal business units; apply specialized knowledge to assist management in solving problems. Reporting directly to this position are 2 Incentive analysts and 3 Incentive associates. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance MBA preferred Basic Qualifications: Direct Customer Incentive program experience 2 years experience managing direct reports within a large, dynamic customer portfolio Knowledge - Skills - Abilities: High Excel and data warehouse query experience Passion for continuous improvement and learning Strong professional written and verbal communication skills Organization development skills Process Improvement and proactive change focus Competencies: Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Sense of Urgency, Customer Focus, Managing Others
