This position is located in our ME, Bath facility



Direct on-site responsibility for construction activities for a given number of sites. Typically handles the most complex sites requiring detail knowledge of wireless Telcom technologies Coordinates construction scheduling and communication and acts as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays. May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders. Leads and directs the work of others. Budget responsibility exceeds $10 million.



May require a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of management level experience in the telecommunication and/or construction field.

Requires technical knowledge to assist staff and contractors. Working knowledge of a variety of the field construction concepts, practices, and procedures. Has knowledge of safety guidelines and commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to an Market Manager or Market lead position.
