We are looking for energetic individuals for the positions of Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, and Cashier.  We are located on the East side of Indianapolis Indiana at the Washington Square Mall.

Rate of Pay: based on experience

Shift: Full time and part time positions available, must be available to work during mall hours, rotating weekends, flexible work schedule

Experience: Experience is a plus but not required (willing to train the right individual). Rate of pay will be based on experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Optional Experience: Ability to speak and understand Spanish as a 2nd language.

Manager Responsibilities:

*Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment

*Scheduling of self & employees

*Keeping a weekly inventory

*Ordering weekly/bi-weekly inventory

*Hiring, training & disciplining team members

*Managing 5-6 employees

*Enforcing policies & procedures

*Food Prep, customer service & cash control

Pay/Hours:

*Usually works 40 hrs/wk

*Any overtime is time and a half

*Year end bonus program

Assistant Manager:

*Assist Manager with the duties described in the Manager’s Responsibilities section.

Pay/Hours:

*Usually work around 40 hrs/wk

*Overtime paid at time and a half

*Based on experience

*Year end bonus program
