MKS&H, a regional CPA and consulting firm, is currently seeking an experienced Manager to join our Accounting and Auditing practice in Frederick, MD. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive the success of multiple audit, review and compilation engagements;Plan, organize, implement and control engagements within established guidelines;Supervise audit team fieldwork and coordinate activities with client personnelDevelop and retain staff;Keep partners and principals informed of client developments as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A B.S. degree in Accounting or related field;Possession of the CPA credential;Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in public accounting, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience as a manager; Technically proficient in audit and accounting including knowledge of FASB, GAAP, and GAAS;Outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven ability to multi-task;Ability to travel on a limited basis
