The sucessful candidate is responsible for developing, coordinating & facilitating all activities related to training and development of employees. Infection Control Certification is preferred. Position Summary:Administers, organizes and conducts training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Identifies training needs. Understands training resources in Division. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress. Monitors effectiveness of programs. Generally delivers training that is pre-prepared. Reports to GM. Position exists only in large or complex units.
