Position Summary: Supervises hourly staff providing facilities maintenance and engineering services to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training, and administrative functions of the designated area of supervision. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
