Sodexho is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for a large academic medical center to provide oversight to 25-50 frontline employees in various buildings on campus. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is located at an award-winning hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous environmental services experience in a hospital setting as well as previous management experience. Position Summary: Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: None You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
