Sodexo's corporate dining in Cincinnati, Ohio has an outstanding entry level chef opportunity at a gorgeous facility! This is a Caf and convenience store open Monday through Friday breakfast and lunch (plus limited amount of night/weekend catering). Food production skills important because daily cooking of entres, soups, and sides as well as all catering is done by this manager. Preferred requirements are ability to supervise and train production and service staff, order and inventory food, and manage facility in the absence of the General Manager.

Position Summary: Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of food production employees. Responsible for the purchasing and receiving of food and supplies, as well as monitoring the inventory. Maintains food production records/cost indicators. Plans and costs menus. Basic Education Requirement: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: None Basic Functional Experience Required: 1 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc. You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
