PSAV is searching for motivated candidates interested in a career in hospitality and meeting services to join our Accelerated Development Program (ADP). ADP is our recent college graduate training program designed to develop our next generation of Directors of Event Technology for our nationwide network of luxury hotel and conference center properties.

Upon successful completion of the ADP, selected candidates will begin a business career in an exciting management role. Our Directors have full responsibility of leading the day-to-day hotel audiovisual services operations – hotel and client relationships, profit & loss, new business development, staff management and technical operations. The three-month, multi-phased program combines hands-on training at selected PSAV properties with classroom instruction.

We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package including health insurance and participation in a 401K plan. Candidates will receive a competitive base of $35,000 and bonus opportunities. Required Skills

Qualified candidates must possess the following background:

Recent college graduate with a BA or BS degree in business administration, communications, hospitality management or technical disciplines
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong interest in a business career with a technical services company with the opportunity for advancement and promotion
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technically orientated
Be willing to relocate within the United States
Flexibility for business travel during the program
