As the Major Account Manager/Print For Pay, you will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities in zero-based accounts – ZBA Hunter--that lead to new business.  You will be assigned accounts in a marketplace that are classified as Print For Pay or like industry, and in turn, you will develop, coordinate, and manage all account sales activity working with Ricoh US sales distribution partners in the assigned territory.

 

Responsibilities of the Major Account Manager also include:

Performing contract negotiation, as well as point of sale negotiation with focus on contract compliance and enforcement of established legal guidelinesPreparing presentations and providing large-opportunity bid analysis and strategic account developmentResearching historical bid data in contrast with recent procurement trends to develop effective bid strategy in conjunction with Ricoh US branches or other entities to determine an effective pricing modelAchieving established revenue and profit margin quotas. Participating in trade shows, high profile bid conferences, chapter meetings and customer trainingActing as lead and expert on commercial or government accounts and all specific details of programsServing as primary interface between accounts, channel partner(s), and home office operations regarding the bid management processProviding monthly report information determined by management to include reliable forecasts on business activity in assigned territory

Candidates should possess:

A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 5 years of sales and account management experience, including 3 years of directly experience in supporting commercial or government accountsIndustry experience in Digital Office SolutionsProfessional or technical certifications as required Advanced knowledge of account management process and of products and technology to support current and future document management solutionsExcellent negotiation, organizational, and project management skillsProven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external customersAdvanced analytical, leadership, and communication skills
