Maintenance Technician   Location: Princeville, Kauai, HI   Job Summary/Description: Complete work assignments for all electrical (AC&DC) electronic door locks, HVAC, plumbing, painting, appliance and general repairs.  Provide owners, guests and employees with properly maintained and safe environment at all working facilities.     Duties and Responsibilities: Possess basic skills in elevator systems, back-up power systems, Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems, Water Storage systems, Commercial Hot Water tanks, Swimming Pool/Spa systems and upkeep and, computer abilities Communicate in a courteous manner with guests, owners, vendors and employees Able to handle multiple tasks, and at times work under stressful situations Requirements:                       Must have high school diploma or equivalent One year of technical training related to building repair and maintenance Must have good communication skills and integrity
