The Sterling Group is a privately-held firm that develops, constructs, acquires and manages income producing properties, specializing in multi-family communities and self-storage facilities throughout the Midwest.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Evansville, IN property to maintain the inspection, repair and maintenance of all buildings, apartments, common area facilities, grounds, and equipment related to the property.

Qualified candidate Minimum of 2 years experience in building maintenance or equivalent field.  Prior apartment maintenance experience and HVAC Certificate preferred. Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, general building trades is required.  Must own the basic tools to perform apartment/building maintenance.
