Regional, owner-operated property Management Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Kansas City. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for supervising the Maintenance Staff, all aspects of the physical maintenance of the Apartment Community to include the complete turn process from move-out to move-in; performing maintenance requests within a timely manner, reporting expenditures in detail and helping to maintain budget.

The successful candidate will have previous apartment maintenance experience, supervisory experience, be HVAC certified and have knowledge of, and the ability to perform, hands-on general maintenance work in appliance/equipment repair, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
