Maintenance Supervisor
   High Speed Manufacturing - (Press/Ends/Lids)

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for floor supervision and coordination crew maintenance activities and related processes for the night shift.  Direct reports include maintainers, electricians, and mechanics.

This is an excellent opportunity with good upside potential to work with a world leading manufacturer.

Key Responsibility Areas

Assigns and directs the daily activities of maintenance team members.
Maintain high speed manufacturing equipment to eliminate down time and improve efficiency and performance.Ensure safety in all areas of manufacturing floor.  Leader of safety initiatives.
Maintaining labor cost and budget.Preventative maintenance program development.

Job Qualifications

Education Level:

BS preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

5+ years supervisory / management experience.Night shift availability
5-7 years in high volume manufacturing environment.Previous high speed press experience a plus.Electrical / PLC experience a Plus.Ends/Lids/Cans experience a plus.

Salary

DOE - $60,000 - 75,000Benefits
