Successful company is looking for a proven Maintenance Supervisor with the ability & experience to work with & direct their staff in the overall maintenance within a line for this 3 shift, 24/7 manufacturing facility. Successful candidate will also have planning / preventive / predictive maintenance experience & successful "hand's-on" supervision style with the "ambition & ability to grow!"
"Position Requirements:"
Thorough knowledge food processing / manufacturing Strong Computerized Preventive Maintenance program experience required! Self-starter and able to work with & direct mechanics and technicians within a specific line. 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience and 5+ years of experience within food processing/manufacturing PLC's, high speed packaging, electrical/electronic skills & overall maintenance trouble-shooting ability! Strong "hands-on" supervision style needed. Also responsible for developing the Maintenance Team through continual training, recruiting to maximize collective skills and providing a work environment conducive to bringing out the best in the maintenance teams. High goals expected within mechanical uptime/reliability and regulatory compliance. Associates degree with applicable experience is a plus. ISO, AIB, USDA, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Programs. Enthusiastic team leader with outstanding motivational skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English a big plus+! Must be willing to rotate to other shifts as needed. Quick-thinker who can plan, organize, and "lead by example".
