Description: Responsible for all aspects of precision mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems maintenance. Troubleshoots complex process machine tool equipment failures and performs repairs. Performs a variety of maintenance trade functions on plant facilities and equipment. Makes adjustments, installs, alters, repairs and maintains piping and plumbing systems, machine drives, power conveyors, motors, pumps, machine tools and other equipment. Diagnoses malfunctions, interprets prints, sketches, diagrams, etc., and plans corrective procedure. Performs hand-fitting operations to obtain precise fits and alignments. Makes onsite repairs to hydraulic systems, jigs, fixtures, tooling, etc. Uses all common and precision checking equipment, laser equipment and portable power tools as required. Performs welding, cutting, soldering, forming, bending, joining, and brazing as necessary.

Connects, disconnects, cuts openings and installs pipings as required. Draws and develops intricate patterns and forms to fabricate equipment and furnishes other pertinent data for work to be performed. Diagnosis malfunctions, interprets prints, sketches, diagrams, etc., and plans corrective procedures. Performs hand-fitting operations to obtain precise fits and alignments. Makes onsite repairs to hydraulic systems, jigs, fixtures, tooling, etc. Uses all common and precision checking equipment, laser equipment and portable power tools as required. Performs welding, cutting, soldering, forming, bending, joining, and brazing as necessary.
