Large Manufacturing Company is located in Midwest, Indiana, and is actively looking for a Maintenance Resource Manager with experience in a manufacturing industry. Candidate MUST HAVE BS in Chemical or Electrical Engineering, with 3-5 years of Supervisory/Management experience in the food industry. Candidate must also have experience on the Production Floor, with steam boilers, and must have knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance. Candidate will be responsible for leading, training, mentoring, and managing a team of approximately 8-12 mechanics per shift, ensuring individual and team goals are achieved, implementing best practices by providing information regarding continuous improvement, conducting maintenance training programs, and developing and managing environmental programs. Candidate must have sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, and Maintenance systems. Company offers full benefits package including dental, health care, 401(k), sick leave, and vacation.
