Essential Skills:
Currently, Walgreens is looking for a Maintenance Function Manager for it's Distribution Center in Pendergrass, Georgia.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages and directs activities of maintenance technicians in all areas of the building.
Repair of all equipment, machinery, electrical and power systems, and building and building systems to insure uninterrupted services and operations.
Recommends and plans maintenance programs and work schedules so as to minimize equipment “down time”.
Manages maintenance and repair of the building grounds to include lawn and landscape services, sanitary upkeep and parking lot.


Qualifications:
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
2+ years supervisory or leadership experience. Hands on experience in some or
all of the following is preferred: Automated systems, distributed electrical systems and computer based conveying systems, Large scale HVAC, Conveyor maintenance including belt and roller systems and bar code readers. Electrical maintenance, control systems and facility distribution. All aspects of building maintenance.
