We are presently hiring a SITE Manager to lead a team at a high profile account in Wilmington, DE.  This position requires a candidate with a track record of successfully managing a team of 8 people in a mailroom/ copy center LEGAL environment.   This manager must have experience in Office Services Management, or Facilities Management.

 

YOU MUST HAVE LITIGATION COPY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

 

EXPERIENCE IN THE DIGITAL ENVIORNMENT (I-PRO, INTERWOVAN, LAW) PREFERRED.

 

Experience working in a LEGAL setting a MUST!

 

 

                                                                                             

RESPONSIBILITIES:

         Providing excellences in services provided to client including but not limited to, Mail, Distribution & Copy Center.

         Function as a liaison between the client and our organization

         Prioritize and schedule all work including overflow work to backup facility

         Ensure staff is meeting quality and productivity standards

         Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies

         Ensure production targets onsite are met daily, weekly, and monthly

         Interface with the client, operations team, and corporate departments as necessary

         Initiate communication and problem solving with regard to customer concerns.

         Recommends Service Enhancements & Value add to clients.

         Hire, train, develop, and appraise staff effectively.

         Manage budget and control expenses effectively 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

         Excellent computer skills; spreadsheets applications

         Advanced customer service skills, professional attitude & appearance

         Create a customer-focused environment

         Strong organizational, administrative, record keeping & time management skills.

         Successful track record in motivating and managing a staff

         Ability to manage to 8 non-exempt employees

         This Manager must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

         The candidate selected must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skills as well as have self-initiative
