Requirements

Master's Degree and course work/experience in organizational development.  Current Colorado RN licenses, five years previous experience.

Description

This very self-directed individual will facilitate discussion with SNLT to define design and implement programs related to Magnet Recognition initiatives.  Research best practice and collaborate with nursing leaders to develop strategic and process solutions to improve complex problem solving (governance and practice models).
