Job Description:At Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Inc. ( http://www.it-solutions.usa.siemens.com), Technician III will demonstrate an ability to interface and consult with all levels of Management and interface with Customer contacts, as a Strategic Business Partner.

In this role you will need the following experience to be considered.
Mac – Tech III description:
Apple Certified in both hardware and software (version O/S 10)
Knowledge in Apple warranty process
5+ Years of Apple experience
Provide quality service support and technical assistance of connectivity and high-end systems products to internal and external clients
Install and implement connectivity and high-end systems products
Participate in the configuration and support of internal systems
Assist in the demand creation of network services
Partially responsible for Break/Fix activities related to the Server environment
Fully responsible to Perform Simple Account Management, I.E. Login Accounts, Password Resets
Perform Simple Data Migrations
Partially responsible for Network administration and restoration
Responsible for creation and testing of images
Perform other duties as assigned
Positively influence customer satisfaction level with provided products and services through meeting customer expectations, follow-up, and positive problem resolutions
Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of technology and technological developments, practices, and procedures through continual review of product manuals and vendors’ technical product bulletins. Maintain self-paced training as available and attend formal manufacturer training on a quarterly basis
