Current opportunities include RN and LPN 8/hr and 12/hr Day, Evening and Night positions throughout Albuquerque, Belen, and Clovis New Mexico.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Current RN or LPN nursing licensure in New Mexico.

Strong qualities of leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities will include:

Assure residents have a clean, safe, orderly, and comfortable environment.

Assist in implementing recommendations from consultants and the Quality Assurance team as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.

Assist in resident Care Plan process.

Evaluate emergencies and assist in implementing emergency measures.

Assist in notification of physician of any resident incidents and unusual occurrences.

Accident/Incident Report forms completion and information charted in resident’s medical record as outlined in policies and procedures.

Start and monitor intravenous medication as ordered.
