Our Harborside Healthcare - Owensboro center is offering LPNs the opportunity to work with us. We are currently offering all shifts available for full or part-time LPNs. We are also offering an increased pay scale beginning at $17.00 to $18.59 an hour starting wage based on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assessing and providing direct nursing care to the residents and supervision of nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants, State Approved, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Provides residents with daily restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment, care plan and as directed by supervisors.

Ensures that each resident's needs are met and exceeded while maintaining the highest degree of dignity.

Assists in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and
communication.

Functions under supervision of the Director of Nursing.
