Company with a strong focus in commercial real estate is seeking a corporate/real estate paralegal with experience in development, ownership, and management. Duties will include working on a variety of general real estate transactional matters and general corporate matters. Candidate must hold a Bachelors Degree or ABA certified paralegal, preferably both. Seeking experience level of 7(+) years experience as a commercial real estate paralegal and knowledge of general corporate matters with a willingness, perseverance, and ability to adapt to get the job done in an effective, efficient and professional manner. Work load is estimated to result in 45-55 hour work weeks.
