The successful candidate will:  

Serves as an expert in hardware/software systems engineering. Undertake the most complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Make well-thought-out decisions on the most complex or ambiguous hardware/software systems engineering issues. Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Design, develop, test, debug and implements the most complex hardware/software components, tools, and utilities. Make the most complex modifications to existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and configurations. Establish and communicate common goal and direction for team. Act as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitor project schedules and costs.

 Qualifications/Requirements:

Eight years of technical software and hardware analysis, programming and installation. System Administration experience with collaboration systems including IBM/Lotus Notes/DominoExperience with multiple hardware platforms, operating systems, network environments, and collaboration products Experience with multiple hardware platforms, operating systems, network environments, and collaboration products
