We are currently seeking Lotus Notes Developers and Trainers to join our team.  This position would be onsite with one of our Federal clients in downtown Washington, DC.

Lotus Notes Training Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field in a technical or management field.

·         Eight (8) years of experience performing the foregoing functions (see below).

·         Ability to contribute to the successful performance of the applicable tasks in the SOW. (50%)

·         Certification as a Lotus Notes Trainer.

·         Expertise in identifying, developing, implementing and conducting Lotus Notes training and related instruction of technical based subject matter.

·         Specific expertise in training on computer hardware/software and business processes.(Combined 10%)

Lotus Notes Developer Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field in a technical or management field.

·         Eight (8) years of experience performing the foregoing functions (see below).

·         Eight (8) years experience in designing and developing Lotus Notes database applications for enterprise wide systems (more than 50k users)

·         Ability to contribute to the successful performance of the applicable tasks in the SOW. (50%)

·         Expertise in development, using templates, forms, and view.

·         Ability to test in accordance with QA standards.

·         Ability to maintain configuration control throughout development process. (Combined 30%)
