Organize and straighten units on lots Re-park units in a timely fashion Ensure window prices are installed and remove as instructed Lot wash done weekly and all units and isles are clean Sweep, pick up trash and debris, empty garbage cans; keep lot clean and professional in appearance Keep units and equipment secure from weather Physical inventory on a weekly basis Ensure slide-outs are in, jacks are down, steps are down, select awnings are opened and the doors are unlocked Physical inventory on a weekly basis
Experience and Skills:
Able to drive an RV Able to use generators and operate slide-outs Able to repair small items and identify problem units. Able to write work orders, track problems and ensure units are in proper working order High school education or equivalent Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record
