The newly formed T-Mobile Retail Loss Prevention [LP] team is responsible for monitoring the performance and minimizing the losses experienced in the Retail Stores operated by T-Mobile.
The Loss Prevention Manager will investigate incidents of fraud, theft, policy violations, allegations of wrongdoing, or any other activities that have or potentially could adversely affect the retail channel of T-Mobile USA. They will be responsible for the timely training of store associates on loss prevention policies and procedures. They will be responsible for auditing to evaluate compliance of merchandise protection and physical security standards within each assigned store location.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle/manage/effectively prioritize investigations that are assigned on a regional basis or any other basis as deemed appropriate by management.
- Complete audits of operational, safety and inventory control related procedures as well as compliance to store physical security standards.
- Maintain and assist with loss prevention education and awareness training for internal T-Mobile customers and multiple levels of management.
- Assist the retail channel and other business partners with the collection, organization, and preparation of data for review and analysis related to investigations or other matters.
- Contribute to overall inventory shortage reduction.
- Any other duties as requested by management.
- Keeps management informed on investigative process and sensitive issues regarding case development.

n Ability to work independently, as well as in team situations, to help internal and external customers achieve desired results.
Education & Experience
§ Bachelor's degree preferred.
§ 5+ years of investigative experience in the public and/or private sector
§ 5+ years retail loss prevention experience, multi store environment preferred.
§ Successful completion of Basic and Advanced Interviewing & Interrogation training, CFI designation preferred.
§ Accreditation/membership in a professional investigative or security organization preferred.
§ Ability to be flexible with schedule as appropriate to retail business needs.
