Whether you are looking for full time, part time, temporary or long term, we have it all in ChaseWorks. Arranges for contractual services relating to property inspections, appraisals, real estate agents etc who may be involved in the inspection and valuation of the property.Order title work from attorneysAnalyze credit reports and financial data – enter financial data into systemsDirectly contact customers and/or realtors via telephone and/or correspondence concerning accounts in any phase of delinquencyUpdate extensive records/files to ensure investor requirements are met concerning condition of property and workout measures takenPrint faxes/appraisals/title work – document various systemsMaintain Excel spreadsheets and/or Access databases as neededWork closely with senior negotiators and supervisors to communicate information regarding workouts/duties completed.Performs other functions as assigned by the Homeowner’s Assistance Department managers. This is a temporary position.  Length of assignment is to be determined. Available work schedules:Monday - Friday  5pm-10pmSome Saturday hours may be required This position pays $12.50 per hour (a 10% shift differential may apply) High School diploma or equivalentStrong mathematical skills, well organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently with little supervision.Ability to perform basic computer functions,Strong analytical/problem solving skills to be used in financial counseling and evaluation/interpretation of complex information.Asset:  Knowledge/familiarity of RE/KO and FortracsAsset:  2-4 years professional experience in mortgage banking, real estate, sales or related field  JPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V.
