Foreclosure Specialist (M-F 7-4) 24-28K/year Position will be responsible for monitoring of judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. Will manage attorney relationships to ensure that accounts assigned are concluded in a timely manner and interests are protected. Some knowledge of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure process is beneficial. Must be able to use independent decision-making skills to determine the best course of action to minimize loss. Must be detailed oriented and possess demonstrated follow-up and organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal abilities and be able to manage multiple priorities. Excel and Word experience is a must. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Loss Mitigation Analyst (M-F 7-4 or M-F 9-6) 24-28K/year Analyze potential and delinquent accounts for the possibility of deferments, reschedules, short sales, probate and potential refinancing of accounts. Conducts training for the collection staff to utilize all loss mitigation tools for delinquency control. Regularly interfaces with other financial institutions. Must be able to handle high pressure calls from other lenders. Non-conforming marketing experience a plus; good negotiating skills required. Must have 2+ years with collections/lending; previous Loss Mitigation experience preferred. Qualified candidate will have organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced decision making environment. Must possess analytical and qualitative skills. Working knowledge of MS Office required. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Loss Mitigation-Team Lead (35K) M_F (12-9pm or 7-4 dependant on need) Position will be responsible for managing a team of Loan Resolution Analysts. The individual filling this position will be accountable for the team's improvement and/or adherence to timelines, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, meeting all compliance/regulator obligations, and overall team leadership. This position requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to effectively communicate, organize, and lead a diverse team. Proficiency with systems, in conjunction with, knowledge regarding loss mitigation is strongly desired.
