LONG TERM CARE SALES & MARKETING Extendicare Health Services, Inc., a leading provider of sub-acute, rehabilitative, basic healthcare and assisted living services, is currently searching for individuals who have sales and marketing experience in long term care. We have two amazing opportunities available. REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING IN NORTHWEST OH If you have proven experience in achieving sales growth and developing effective marketing programs within the long term care industry, it would be worthwhile to explore this opportunity. You will lead a regional marketing team that includes sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities clustered in the Northwest Ohio area. If you enjoy the opportunity to be creative and pursue a wide variety of sales, marketing, and administrative initiatives, you'll fall in love with this position. Our marketing team works closely with facility Administrators and Referral Managers to maintain our goal of maximum occupancy. REFERRAL MANAGER-ARBORS AT TOLEDO Responsibilities for this position include providing leadership to the Facility Marketing Team in scheduling and delivering effective sales presentations to referral source agencies and professionals and managing actual inquiries and referrals to assure timely admission and continuity of care. You must have a good understanding of information-gathering and reimbursement processes that are associated with in-patient admissions.
