Belcan has an immediate need for a Logistics Coordinator in RTP!! This position provides support for the Logistics Processes and Infrastructure required to deliver product in bulk to both internal and external customers in a safe and legal manner that meets or exceeds expectations. Bulk Finished Goods: • Perform Bulk Financial (SOX) Controls: Receive, audit, and file all Delivery Receipts from Carriers Identify any discrepancies between SAP and Delivery Receipts • Run Bulk Query in SAP for the most recent week Re-Pack Agreements: • Distribute new agreements, receive and enter/maintain all completed agreements in the eFiLia Contract Management System. • Maintain current ownership info on Re-pack Agreements. ?? • Coordinate with Sales and Legal. ?? Bulk Shipment Control: • Evaluate and troubleshoot all Bulk Shipment Control issues. • Bulk Inspection Process monitoring • Monitor and Maintain SAP Bulk Shipment Control Access • Identify bulk locations to be inspected and report to Bulk Logistics Manager. Bulk Label Fulfillment: • Monitor bulk label requirements based on sales forecast and customer re-pack needs. • Create purchase requisitions in SAP for replenishment Rail Operations: • Trace all Rail Fleet on daily basis • Address any issues with impacted parties as necessary • Receive, review and code for payment, all non KC rail fleet invoices • Monitor and report on rail lease expirations Aldisol: • Maintain Aldisol trailer inspection data including license plate registrations in the state of Maine. • Follow-up with Institute to make sure all annual DOT inspections are completed prior to expiration. • Provide support for annual Aldisol training including updating the Aldisol Manual, the annual route review, and logistics coordination. 5. Work Relationships (List the 3 most important work relationships with internal and external partners/customers) • Bulk Logistics Manager • External Customers • Customer Service • Bulk Carriers Value added to the success of the company – what are the main objectives of the function? • All Bulk deliveries meet Regulatory and Stewardship requirements • Invoicing errors for Bulk Deliveries are identified and reported in a timely manner • All supporting documentation is organized and readily available to adequately measure compliance with control processes. Qualifications MINIMUM requirements High School Diploma – including Algebra and Geometry Strong Interpersonal/ telephone skills Capable user of Microsoft Excel and Word 1 year Customer Service experience preferred 1 year Logistics related experience preferred Key Figures:: Superior position (operating budget in Euro/year) Other major figures to indicate the importance of functions (revenue, turnover, manufacturing costs, personnel costs, advertising budget, etc.) of superiors position Qualified candidates please send updated resume to Nita Anderson at danderson@tech.belcan.com Apply Online
