Job Title:                    Location Manager

 

Location:                     Waterloo, Iowa                              

 

Base Pay Range:       $45,000--$60,000 w/ established incentives program    

      

Education/Experience Requirements:

B.S. Degree in Agriculture and/or a related field is preferred.  Five years experience in the retail and/or wholesale business of fertilizers, Ag Chemicals and seed.

 

Job Requirements:

·        The ability to read, analyze and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. 

·        The ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community is necessary. 

·        The ability to make effective written or verbal presentations to management, employees and customers is also a must.

·        CCA Certification, P.C. Skills should include Microsoft, Excel and Word are a plus.

·        Nature of job/business requires extended hours.

·        Follow all established personnel, safety policies/procedures, and regulatory requirements.
