We have a professional and efficient processing staff with over thirty years of experience.  Typical files move to funding within 5-10 days.  Average loan amount is $ 350,000 with low LTV's and good and excellent credit.  Average commissions are 45% with potential to exceed 50%.  Best of all you get funds when the loan funds in addition to our bi-weekly pay. 

We are currently in search of five seasoned mortgage professionals to join our staff.  Position calls for a hands-on, detail-oriented, creative, sales-oriented mortgage professionals who thrive on a busy environment.  Primary responsibilities include taking the complete app, running AUS, stack and submit.  Candidates must have experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA loans.  DU/LP experience required!!  3-5 years of mortgage banking and loan sales necessary.  Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.  DRE license preferred but not required.  Come join the HAF team!!
