A Commercial Real Estate Loan Closer is responsible for coordinating commercial loan closings under the supervision of a Closing Manager and/or Team Lead. Responsibilities include analyzing, preparing related closing documents, and funding transactions for new loan originations per departmental policy and procedures.  In addition, the Loan Closer will interact extensively with the business team, management, and title and escrow companies on issues relating to closing a transaction in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred Paralegal Certification Preferred 2+ years of work related experience with emphasis in commercial real estate lending and credit Strong working knowledge of documentation relating to commercial real estate lending involving permanent refinancing, acquisitions and construction loans Superior analytical and decision-making skills Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment, PC skills, and Microsoft Products Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong problem solving skills Outstanding customer service skills
