Senior Electronic Document Management System designer to oversee implementation of GMP document management system using Livelink 9.7. Migrating from legacy document management system (NovaManage) to Livelink.

Overall change includes working with temporary and permanent documents that require a water mark on the effective version.

Livelink expertise that is required:
Livelink 9.5 experience with workflow, forms, object importer, esign, and attribute extension module.

Experience creating folders and applying categories to the folders.

Experience with creating folder permission structures.

Experience with Record Management, Classification, XML Workflow Extension Familiar with Livelink schema.

Experience with Live Reports and Web Reports.

Experience with Renditions
Preferred experience includes:
Experience working in a GMP environment
Experience working with Crystal Reports
Experience with LAPI

Skills required: 3-5 years of Livelink design and configuration experience, preferably with version 9.5 or 9.7.
5-10 years overall software engineering experience.
