Top San Francisco law firm with growing offices has three (3) immediate openings for experienced litigation legal secretaries.

One opening requires an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Secretary. The second opening requires a Junior-Mid-level litigation secretary. The third position is a Real Estate Legal Secretary (litigation and transactional).

I. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION SECRETARY
You will be working for one IP Litigation partner. Eventually an associate as well. You should have litigation experience - IP exposure a plus. Federal Court filing rules a plus. Duties include supporting the attorney while in trial, E-Filings, assisting with pleadings, etc. Real nice partner with a growing practice! Very busy desk.

II. LITIGATION SECRETARY - Junior-Mid Level/College graduate a plus!
This desk supports three associates. Junior level candidates (one-two years experience at a litigation firm. Someone real BRIGHT! College degree a plus! Knowledge of State Court Filing rules, and a good eye for detail.

III. REAL ESTATE LEGAL SECRETARY - You will work for one partner who has a real estate litigation and real estate/land use transactional practice.
