Job Descriptions:
Assists the Restaurant Chef and Executive Sous Chef with the day-to-day operation of the food department, assuring food quality and customer service according to established standards. Prepares, seasons and garnishes food in assigned area in accordance with established recipes and procedures. Orients and trains new employees in the units menu, recipes and procedures. Assists with purchasing, as assigned, and assists in the training and supervision of the culinary staff. Performs other related duties as assigned. Promotes superior customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
Five years culinary experience in a high volume hospitality related food and beverage operation. Must also have experience in teaching, training and assisting with the supervision of producing the finest food. An Associates and/or two year culinary school degree is required, however, in lieu of a college degree, seven years of high volume themed restaurant experience with training is acceptable.
