We are looking for: Life Insurance Sales Representative

Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried (not commission-based)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Position Overview:

This person is a Term Life Insurance Advisor to the leads that come in from the enrollees into the retirement plan. The leads have been generated from the Financial Representative Team and a quote generator on our website. This person does phone Life Insurance advising for the participants and walks them through three stages: life insurance consulting, quote generation, online application discussion and follow-up. Due to our unique service model the Life Insurance Specialists spend 85% of their time doing actual advising/selling to the CMP's.

Structure of Organization:

The Life Insurance Sales Representative reports directly to the Financial Sales Manager.

Requirements:

* A Statement of Faith documenting a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

* Must ALREADY possess active Life Insurance license. Series 6, 63 are helpful and preferred.
* 2 years of life insurance sales experience required
* Must have a passion to serve this unique community of clients
