Our client is a $150M, private-equity backed craft and technology company which has been experiencing strong growth due to new product innovation and new licensing agreements with household brand names. Due to this continued growth, we are searching for an aggressive Licensing Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will generate outside licensing opportunities with highly recognized brand names to strategically partner with our client’s world-class products. You will generate, negotiate and close business deals. This position will report to the Director of Product Development.
Responsibilities:
Identify, negotiate and close new license opportunities
Manage client relationships to maximize business opportunity potential
Work with the team to deliver on aggressive strategic business plans and revenue
targets
Actively analyze, manage and coordinate existing licensing relationships
Assess and understand marketplace trends and their impact on business opportunities
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development or Licensing
Existing licensing relationship strongly preferred
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation skills
Great attention to detail and highly organized
Strong financial skills
Excellent reading, writing, presentation, and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Sales and marketing experience is a plus
Detail oriented
Ability to work effectively with our sales and marketing teams
Enjoy working in a face-paced environment
This position is based in Utah and full relocation expenses will be paid for by the company.
