Are you an experienced licensing attorney looking for in-house experience within a top-notch company?

Our Corporate client, located in the Silicon Valley, is a top semiconductor design IP company.  They are seeking an experienced licensing attorney for a contract project that includes the drafting and negotiation of licensing agreements.  Trademark experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate would have experience in the licensing of IP technologies. 

Requirements
Admittance to practice law in California; 3 or more years licensing experience; and The ability to commit to the duration of the project.

Trademark experience is highly preferred.
