Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Qualifications: Must hold a current LVN certificate from an accredited national, state or military trained equivalent school. LVN must have and maintain an active, valid, current and unrestricted license to practice nursing as a LVN in a US jurisdiction. Must have at least 12 months experience in the last 36 months.
