Responsibilities include:

* Assisting in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interests of residents
* Monitors residents within state licensure regulations; may supervise and direct resident assistants
* Assists in implementing/revising service plans based on resident needs
* Obtains and administers medication as prescribed by physician. Documents and reviews medication sheets for accuracy and compliance with physician orders
* Other duties as assigned


Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:

* Ability to professionally represent Brookdale Senior Living to residents, visitors and co-workers.
* Possess a current LVN license in good standing
* Certification for CPR required, may obtain upon hire
* Some geriatrics experience preferred
