LEGAL SECRETARY
The CC office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP (pietragallo.com) concentrating in commercial and white collar federal litigation is seeking f/t Legal Secretaries with 5+ years of litigation experience. Federal and state complex litigation experience a must. Position requires experience working with senior level attorneys, strong transcription skills, ability to proofread documents and prepare documents for mailing knowledge of calendaring dockets and current court requirements for electronic filing and experience w/ Microsoft Outlook and Work. Must possess strong organizational skills and pay great attention to detail. Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and benefits.
