Floater Legal Secretary & Legal Secretary (St. Louis) Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is looking for two Legal Secretaries.  One is for short and long term assignments that float to different practice group areas. This is a full-time regular employment position. The other Legal Secretary is for our Construction Practice Group.  The qualified applicant will type 70+ wpm and have excellent accuracy, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills. The position requires 3+ years law firm experience, preferably in litigation. Top word processing and organizational skills are a must. The ability to keep information confidential is vital in both roles.  Additional duties consist of providing support services including typing, transcription, proofreading, photocopying, answering phones, scheduling, coding documents, filing and various other duties. Floater secretaries are eligible to bid on other open secretary positions.
