Ajilon Legal, the industry leader in legal placement, seeks a dynamic, business savvy, team player to join our legal staffing team. You will recruit and place attorneys in direct hire, temporary and temporary to hire positions, fully develop existing clients and bring new clients to our company, create profiles and conduct pre-selling of staffing solutions, conduct sales calls in person, use strategic selling approaches to manage clients, provide management and career counseling to prospective and current assignment and direct hire candidates, obtain and use feedback to enhance customer relationships, continuously improve the quality of service, and increase profitability.

A/An Undergraduate Degree/ Juris Doctor Degree and a minimum of 2 years of interviewing, recruiting, sales and/or placement experience in the staffing industry, or related experience is generally required. Excellent oral/written communication, and presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management/staff is also required.
