Paralegal - International Corporate

Faegre & Benson LLP, Minnesota's largest law firm, has an opening for an experienced paralegal in the International area of our Corporate practice group. Your responsibilities would include: assisting with preparation of documentation for formation and maintenance of non-U.S. entities; assisting with continued corporate compliance of non-U.S. entities; performing legal research; preparing & making corporate & regulatory filings; personal and telephone interaction with all levels of contacts including clients, attorneys, government offices, corresponding foreign counsel and staff members; managing, monitoring & meeting deadlines; working closely with attorneys and clients on a wide range of other matters.

We are seeking a paralegal with 3-5 years of general corporate experience with a significant amount of that time being in international corporate work. Our ideal candidate will have foreign language skills, a willingness to work flexible hours according to international clients' needs, strong internet research skills, the ability to work independently, multi-task, and handle a range of responsibilities. Paralegal degree or four-year college degree and a paralegal certificate preferred.
