CITY: Wayne STATE: Pennsylvania COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities): 1. Provide paralegal support to TFS Legal team, headquarters and branches, including assistance with miscellaneous legal issues, legal research and contract and confidentiality agreement review. 2. Responsible for corporate housekeeping matters, including preparation of annual shareholders minutes, board minutes for transactions and other matters requiring board or shareholder action. 3. Maintain litigation tracking and compliance databases; track outside counsel cost 4. Management and resolution of subpoena, complaints and other information requests from outside counsel, LST and others 5. Prepare presentations, documentation and reports as may be needed by TFS Legal Team. 6. Management of compliance tasks and projects as needed, including gathering quarterly compliance metrics data and assistance with Session D.; Provide strong support to ensure accuracy and consistency in department policies and procedures. 7. Editorial responsibilities for functional newsletters and Legal Support Central site. 8. Responsible for management and maintenance of legal document files and library. 9. Provide administrative support for Legal Department including travel arrangements, T&L submissions, coordination of calendar and meetings and managing incoming phone calls, emails and regular mail. 10. Perform other related duties and special projects as required. Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Paralegal certification with minimum 1 year related experience. 2. Outstanding knowledge of PC/Windows-based applications. (Especially Power Point and Outlook, Excel and Word Programs, as well as Internet; Advanced Power Point skills are especially critical) 3. Sound judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential and privileged information. 4. Adaptability to extremely demanding business environment with changing business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures. 5. Ability to organize and handle large administrative and clerical workloads and assist in special projects. 6. Demonstration of high quality work performed efficiently. 7. Good team player & ability to work in a fast-paced environment 8. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization 9. Strong writing skills and able to draft and modify documents independently 10. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure 11. A self-starter able to work with minimum supervision and make critical decisions Desired: 1. Previous experience as paralegal for in-house corporate legal department preferred. 2. Previous experience in providing administrative support to senior executives preferred for in-house corporate legal department preferred. General:
