For more information about Kroll Ontrack and our offerings please visit: http://www.krollontrack.com.   As a result of continued growth, Kroll Ontrack seeks a dynamic Legal Consultant to join our Business Development team.  Travel is required in a territory that includes Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania, with occasional trips to Corporate Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN and/or to various industry conferences.   In this high profile role, you will initiate and manage direct sales/marketing efforts with targeted large law firms and corporations to increase revenue and build brand loyalty around our E-Discovery products and services. Sales and marketing activities are broad-based and include prospecting, cold calling, networking, and public speaking. You will facilitate continuing legal educational courses and conduct on-site seminars and presentations at prospective or current customer sites. In addition, you will assist with the authoring and publication of books and articles related to the company's electronic discovery services.   Qualifications include three plus years as an attorney with exposure to large-scale document review within medium to large law firms (preference will be given to candidates with Am Law Top 200 law firm experience).  Juris Doctor Degree is required along with current State Jurisdiction License.    We are looking for a strong aptitude or experience in technology related sales.  Direct experience with Electronic Discovery software tools would be a plus.
